Protecting your privacy: one of our top priorities
EKIBIO, a company registered with the Aubenas Trade and Companies Register under number 345 052 286 and headquartered at ZA La Boissonnette – 07340 PEAUGRES (hereinafter referred to as "the Company", or "we" and "our"), considers the protection of privacy to be one of its top priorities. In line with our commitments, we have chosen to ensure a high level of security and confidentiality in the processing of our consumers' personal data (hereinafter referred to as "you" and "your").

Who collects your data on this site?

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter "GDPR"), effective since May 25, 2018, and the French Data Protection Act of 1978, the Company is considered the data controller for your personal data and undertakes to comply with all legal obligations related to its use.

What is the purpose of collecting my data?

In connection with the use of this website, the following personal data may be processed:

Personal data is processed for the following purposes:

  • Managing requests submitted via the “Contact” section of the website www.primeal.bio/fr;
  • The use of cookies (see corresponding section below);
  • The prevention of disputes related to evidence management.

Except where data processing is required for contractual execution, legal obligations, or legitimate interests, the Company collects the User’s explicit and informed consent for each processing activity.

Explicit and informed consent may be requested when accessing certain services requiring data processing. The User consents to each service, confirming that they have read this policy and accept the related purposes. If the User does not give their consent, the Company will not be able to provide access to the relevant service.

If the Company intends to transfer data outside the European Union or to an international organization, the User will be informed beforehand and must give consent again. However, the Company reserves the right to transmit data to administrative and/or judicial authorities upon request.

Data recipients are internal departments of the Company authorized to access and process the data as part of their roles.

Use of social plugins

The Site uses social network plugins such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn. For example, if you are logged into Facebook while browsing the Site, Facebook may link your visit to your user account even without using the share button. Interacting with the plugins (e.g., clicking “Like” or leaving a comment) may transmit the related data to Facebook servers and publish it on your account.
The Company does not manage data collected by these Social Networks via their plugins. You should consult the privacy policies of the respective networks to understand how your data is processed and your available privacy settings. If you do not want the Social Network to link your browsing data to your profile, make sure to log out of the network before visiting the Site.

 

What are my rights?

Every individual whose personal data is processed has the following rights:

  • Right of access
  • Right to rectification – Article 16 of the GDPR allows you to correct any incorrect data.
  • Right to erasure – Article 17 of the GDPR entitles you to request deletion of your personal data, under certain conditions.
  • Right to restriction of processing – Article 18 of the GDPR allows you to request limited processing of your data, under specific conditions.
  • Right to data portability – Article 20 allows you to obtain your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format.
  • Right to object – Under certain conditions, and depending on your personal situation, you may object to the processing of your data. In that case, we will stop the processing unless we have legal grounds or legitimate reasons (e.g., defense in legal claims).
  • Right to withdraw consent at any time – For data processing based on consent. However, withdrawal will not affect the legality of processing prior to withdrawal.
  • Right to file a complaint with the French Data Protection Authority (CNIL)
