Description
An alternative to wheat couscous, this corn and rice couscous brightens up your dishes with its bold colour and delicious flavours.

Detailed preparation advice
Pour 1 vol. of couscous into a bowl, add 1 vol. of boiling water, cover, leave to swell for 5 minutes and then fluff with a fork. Season to taste. Eat hot as a side dish or cold as a tabbouleh.
