Description
Originally from Italy, Carnaroli rice is the "king of rices". Its creamy texture makes it ideal for risottos.

Detailed preparation advice
Fry one part rice in a little fat. Stir until the grains start to become translucent. Gradually add at least 2 parts hot stock and continue with the chosen risotto recipe (about 20 min).
