Detailed preparation advice
Throw the coquillettes into a large volume of boiling salted water and cook for 9 minutes for "al dente" and 11 minutes for "well cooked". Drain and
enjoy the pasta warm with a drizzle of olive oil
or with a sauce of your choice.
