Priméal puts a bit of magic on your plate by combining nettle, wild garlic and the freshness of fennel in its nettle-fennel bulgur.
Ingredients
Durum wheat bulgur* (80,2%), yellow* and green* lentils, nettle leaves* (1%), onion*, leek*, fennel seeds* (0,8%), wild garlic*, extra virgin olive oil*.

Detailed preparation advice
Cook 1 volume of bulgur in 2 volumes of water. Bring to boil. Cover and let simmer for 10 minutes. Salt.
To consume hot, cold, plain or as a side dish.
